Setting Up the Gorgias Klaviyo Integration

  1. Log into Klaviyo. 
  2. Navigate to the lower left corner of your screen, select your account, and click on the word Integrations. 
  3. Select Add Integrations, then search for Gorgias. After the card appears, click it and then click it Connect to Gorgias to begin the integration process.
  4. In the field labeled Gorgias Helpdesk URL, enter your Helpdesk URL to sync all Gorgias activity with Klaviyo (if you don’t want to sync with the SMS helpdesk, unclick the Sync SMS Conversations. 
  5. Click Sync Reviews and select a threshold if you’re interested in using the integration’s reviews functionality. This will automatically create a Gorgias ticket if Klaviyo finds a review with a rating of three or lower. 
  6. Click Sync Customer Profile Information from Klaviyo to send email addresses, phone numbers, and more to Gorgias (syncs occur in real-time to ensure that your data is always up to date. 
  7. Click complete setup, open a new tab, and log in. You’re good to go!
