Given the higher average order value and longer buying process typical for Redwood’s products, we emphasized attractive financing options, like 0% APR, to make purchasing more accessible for customers. Parallel to promotional content, we enriched the email program with informational content. Leveraging Redwood's engagement with influencers, we showcased expert opinions and user-generated content that highlighted the benefits of thermowood and the superior quality of their saunas. Non-promotional emails were strategically used to educate customers on product maintenance, new releases, and sneak peeks of upcoming products, which helped maintain interest and excitement around the brand.
